Joe brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at a global management consulting firm where he supported multiple disciplines including Product Innovation, Organizational Effectiveness, Technology Strategy, and Business Analytics. With a strong focus on implementing industry best practices, Joe has consistently delivered cutting-edge solutions to clients and optimized internal processes. In support of his client work, Joe led technology innovation efforts overseeing the design, delivery, and expansion of a proprietary AI assessment platform. With a robust technical background, Joe maintains a holistic perspective, balancing the big picture with daily operations in support of accelerating organization growth.

In his capacity as Director of Delivery, Joe holds a pivotal role in overseeing all product and service deliveries at Interpersonal Frequency. As an integral member of our leadership team, he collaborates closely with our User Experience, Client Services, and Engineering teams to ensure that we operate efficiently, consistently delivering top-tier products and services to our valued clients. Joe's expertise across strategy and technology give him keen insight into process optimization and instilling a culture of accountability and ownership across client delivery.

Beyond his professional role, Joe calls Pittsburgh home, where he resides with his wife and daughter. As a Pittsburgh native, he enjoys hockey, putting fries on just about anything, and occasionally letting out a “Yinz” or “N’at”. In his spare time Joe's hobbies span soccer, golf, bouldering, and video games, some of which he hopes to share with his daughter.
