Mica Gray is a CPA with over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, and she is responsible for helping Interpersonal Frequency scale to meet any size project. Prior to joining Interpersonal Frequency in January 2024, Mica has worked at various private companies and public accounting firms including KPMG and EY. Mica has experience in the areas of treasury management, private and public company financial reporting, technical accounting, income taxes, sales tax and internal controls.

Mica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

When not working, she can be found cooking in the kitchen, or spending time with her husband and two children.
