This collaborative, community-focused redesign transformed the County's 19-year-old website into an accessible, trusted destination for information and services. Accessibility, multi-language support, and improved search capabilities ensure the new site is scalable for future growth.

1,500 pages rebuilt with county/department alignment on a unified content strategy.

I.F. utilized extensive user data to create a digital front door that responds directly to the needs and expectations of Birmingham's public. This project also merged the Mayor’s Office, the Birmingham City Council, city departments, and many city-owned cultural venues under one URL.

This city celebrating their community’s 250th birthday in 2025 with a streamlined, high-tech website built on extensive community research. The site has an adaptive design that is viewable from a desktop or a mobile device, over 100 language options, and follows international guidelines for accessibility. 

140% improvement in overall site search click-through.
