Glynn County, Georgia

This project replaced the County's complex CivicPlus environment with an updated experience that reflects the County’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, and community engagement. Designed with mobile users in mind, it offers improved navigation, enhanced accessibility features, and a cleaner, more intuitive layout to help residents find what they need quickly and easily.

JULY 2025

City of Ontario, California 

I.F. was first selected to maintain the City’s Drupal 9 website. In addition to crafting dynamic new enhancements, we also addressed recurring coding issues and conducted comprehensive audits. We then worked closely with the City on a strategy to iteratively replatform their broader digital experience to CitizenForward® in a way that worked for their budget cycles. Our first redesign was the economic development website, followed by the main City website, and then the Ontario museum.

Solano County, California

This collaborative, community-focused redesign transformed the County's 19-year-old website into an accessible, trusted destination for information and services. Accessibility, multi-language support, and improved search capabilities ensure the new site is scalable for future growth.

1,500 pages rebuilt with county/department alignment on a unified content strategy.

JANUARY 2025

City of Birmingham, Alabama

I.F. utilized extensive user data to create a digital front door that responds directly to the needs and expectations of Birmingham's public.  We worked closely with city stakeholders to streamline content, improve mobile responsiveness, and implement key features like automated translation, robust search functionality, and intuitive navigation. The result is a sustainable, scalable website that supports continuous improvement and meaningful community engagement.  This project also merged the Mayor’s Office, the Birmingham City Council, city departments, and many city-owned cultural venues under one mobile-friendly experience.
