Portfolio Specialist
This position interfaces directly with clients and close colalboration on a daily basis with operations staff, project managers, UX professionals, and developers.
Responsibilities

Provide management of client portfolios, ensuring all support services are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget as required by the portfolio manager

Act as a point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications, regular client check-in meetings, triaging requests, and ensuring client satisfaction as required by the portfolio manager.
Qualifications

Ability to interact with clients, both technical and non-technical, ensuring clear communication and a strong sense of partnership.

Capability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into actionable work.

Proven experience managing multiple projects at one time.

Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to anticipate and adapt to changing conditions and opportunities.

Experience using Jira and Confluence for project management and reporting.

Adaptability to changing conditions and opportunities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S.

You must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field

Experience using Tempo and its reporting tools along with Jira
-
Experience managing both monolithic and decoupled Drupal website development projects.
